Get this look-

Prep the nail
Apply base coat
Apply 2 layers of blackpool (cure for 2 min each layer)
CND Additives applied with a dry gel brush
We used: cerulean blue (base of the nail), titanium pearl (middle of the nail), violet pearl (top of the nail).
Seal with top coat!
